Why might an item be Ineligible for return?
Yes, on most items returns are accepted. If an item is not eligible for return, it will be noted on the item page.

Some items that are on sale, limited production run, special order or custom build items, or items that vary in color might not be eligible to be returned. If color matching is truly that important to your build, we recommend going to your local bike shop to make sure something is a good fit.
On Items eligible for return, what is the policy?

Items that are eligible can be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. Buyers will be responsible for the shipping costs for the order. Items that are unused and in the original packaging will be refunded in full.
If an item shows signs of use or damage, or is returned without the original packaging, the restocking fee will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Please don’t “be that guy” who buys something and tries to return their old & used version of the item.
What if the item i received is not as described?

We do make mistakes sometimes, although we try our best not to! If your order has a mistake in it, we will make sure to correct it, at no cost to you!
We make sure to package your orders to ensure their safety, but if something is damaged in transit, no need to worry, all of our orders are shipped with insurance. If something arrives damaged, we will take care of it and replace the item at no cost to you!
